Marcus Stroman “Stro Show” is a starting pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays.Wearing number 6 on his back to honor his late Grandmother, Marcus has very quickly become one of the most popular Blue Jays in recent history.

In 2010, Marcus Stroman joined the Duke University baseball team. As a freshman he was the ACC Freshman of the Year, made the ACC Academic Honor Roll and was a 2-way player, starting 44 games at Second Base, one at shortstop and one at designated hitter.In his sophomore year he became the first player in Duke History to make Team USA’s final collegiate roster, serving as their closer on the USA Baseball National Collegiate Team. During his final year at Duke, Stroman earned All-America honors from Louisville Slugger (Second Team), Perfect Game USA (Second Team), National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (Third Team) and Baseball America (Third Team).
